Suddenly it worked again… but no the database is empty. And it asks for a clean WordPress install. I have the duplicator Pro version btw.

    Hey Henk,

If you have pro be sure to submit a ticket here. These tickets are answered much quicker and almost always on the same day as we have full-time support staff for it… The free version may take time as its all volunteer work.

I am having the same issue..nothing happens when I click the run deployment button, server connected and database found are success and I have ticked the box for read all warnings and notices…please help

Same issue here with free version

..nothing happens when I click the run deployment button, server connected and database found are success and I have ticked the box for read all warnings and notices…

Reverted to version 1.1.0 and now I’m OK ??

That is very odd, I have not been able to reproduce this on several different tests. Do you happen to see an error in the JS console? Right click inspect (on chrome) click on console tab. If you wan to submit a support ticket I can look at this closer…

    Thanks

For me buying the pro version solved it.

That is definitely a good option ??

However there should not be any issue with the free version as well, if you run into it again feel free to submit a ticket and I’ll have a look…

    Cheers~

Just upgraded to version 1.1.4 and all is fine !!! ??
Thanks again for this great tool ??

    Excellent thanks for the update!

Hi! I’ve been using Duplicator for a while now and I really love it and want to thank you for it!

However, now I’m faced with the same problem as described above. There are 2 errors displayed in the console:

installer.php:265 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
installer.php:385 Uncaught TypeError: $form.parsley is not a function

This is wierd, especially since I just used it 1 week ago on another wordpress site, using the same theme and mostly the same plugins and it worked just fine. The difference now is that I’ve built a multilingual website using WPML.

PS: I first tried it using version 1.1.12, then I’ve updated to 1.1.14, but still no luck.

    Cheers!

    Hey rcostica,

Have you tried it from another server by chance? The installer does have logic to try and access a CDN for some of the scripts. While it does have fail-back to use the localhost it may be possible that the detection for the CDN is working but not pulling down code. On step 1 of the installer under requirements look for ‘CDN Accessible’ and see what the value is…
