run import stuck

    hi there. need some help. im in the middle of trying to import products to my site. the “run import” button is stuck on “please wait” and nothing has progressed for over an hour. ive tried reloading the page and redoing the import but cant get passed the “please wait” . any ideas?

    hi there. yes the xml feed is updated every day and contains no errors. i tried again today and its stil not moving passed the “please wait” after i run the import
