Run Installer with Temporary URL?

    I just moved to BlueHost. I haven’t pointed the DNS at the new server yet, but wanted to go ahead an set up my wordpress using Duplicator.

    Anyone have any idea whether it’s possible to do this using a temp URL?

    I’ve tried navigating to the installer using the shared IP address, but it’s not working. (e.g. 77.777.777.777/~uname/installer.php)
