“Run Now” never completes

  • Version 3.10
    “Run now” for a complete, “Both Database & Files,” spins forever. Does not complete building the backup ZIP file. Leaves a “running” file in the directory and this prevents any scheduled activity.

    I see the property has been sold and the new owner seems not to be responding to support requests. I’ll give this one only a few days before moving to another service.
