Run search and register-doesn't find unregistered file

    Tried using plugin to register a audio .wav file. I run the search and register and i get the msg “there is no file that is not registered in the media library”. ftp uploaded a file to public HTML_Public/makotosbeat/WP-content/uploads/07/file.wav. I can see the file in the host server. What am I doing wrong?

    Using osx 10.8.5: WP4.2.2; 7.6 Media from ftp

    Hi mellobird,

    The file is a message that has already been registered.
    Than was overwritten when you upload with FTP?
    Please upload again in FTP with a different name.

    Thanks. I found that WP didn’t like .wav 24bit file and tried mp3 16bit file and the uploader uploaded and registered the file.
