    Hello,

I’m running a website that uses wordfence but is for students to login to. The schools we work with have thousands of students that login at once. This is triggering wordfence brute force prevention… because they all share the same public IP address (same internet). I cannot constantly whitelist the IP address everyday because we’re being used by schools all over the world.

What are your suggestions on how we can stop triggering this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @jchang,

Can you please share some screenshots of the Live Traffic rows when these IPs are locked out so we can see exactly why they’re getting locked out? If so, please expand the details so we can get an overview of what’s happening.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
