Running into an image resizing proble.

  • Basically, when I upload images to put into a new post, I usually end up by resizing the picture, either in the visual editor screen or by html code (using % for the heighth and width). What am finind is that once the picture is resized and published, it works. But, if I have to go back in and edit the post, the picture is stretched and distorted and the % have changed to height width numbers.

    I have also noticed that some pics that I have resized look distored and stretched on the main page UNTIL I click on the post and open it in a new window. The picture then looks like it is supposed to and even works again on the main page.

    Any help?
