Russian Hack on WP Mail SMTP plugin

    Hey Wordfence, looks like there’s an active New Years Day 2022 Russian hack in progress on WordPress sites using the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    I deactivated ours and that seems to have fixed the problem.

    Hope you guys can research this further.
