    Hi there,

I’d like to report that since the latest update, I’m getting a new apache error due to OceanWP:

PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in wp-content/themes/oceanwp/inc/helpers.php on line 2494

I don’t know when it exactly occurs, seems it’s the backoffice, I’m not sure.

Thanks for looking into it, thanks also for your great theme!

    Hello @psykonevro,

Actually, it’s just a warning and doesn’t hurt your website.
We have not received any similar reports so far, and we can not reproduce that issue on our end.

However, you can try setting or disabling the page header image and checking if it removes that warning.

Please keep us posted on the result.
    Best Regards

    Hi @skalanter,
I’ve this warning on a development website, with wordpress debugging activated, perhaps yet not many developpers have seen the error. Or my settings are maybe unusual? I don’t know, but I get the same warning on different environments.

I have deactivated all plugins but Ocean Extra, the warning persists.

How can I disable the header? I’ve tried to remove totaly the header images (header -> header media), but it didn’t make a difference.

Ok, I found how to disable the background image. I went to “General Options -> Page Title -> style” and switched from “background image” to “default” and the message disappeared.

Then I noticed that for some reason my background picture was not available anymore. Must have been removed with the update.

I added it again and everything is ok again.

    Hi @psykonevro,
    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m glad that you were able to resolve that.

    Best Regards

Sorry, I have the same problem and this is definitively not resolved.

As Shahin stated: If I set the title style from ‘Background Image’ to ‘Standard’ the message disappears

    Hello All,
Thank you for reaching out to us,

The warning on the debug log file doesn’t affect website functionality, and it’s not a critical warning. However, if you are interested in using the dev version, please update the theme to this version: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WKwcNNZIfJQ74a2b1dIIlg5hOR5tfESn/view?usp=sharing.
    Here are the changes: https://github.com/oceanwp/oceanwp/commit/3a1e39eece202fc975279d2c97c01a728eaf605a

    ______

To update the theme, please navigate to appearance > themes > add new and upload the zip file.

Then click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button.
    – Note 1: Before updating, please get a full backup from your website, and also make sure to use the latest version of Ocean Extra with the theme.

    – Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.

    – Note 3: We’ll release it for the next update soon,
You can check the changes on Github: https://github.com/oceanwp/oceanwp/blob/rc-3.5.5/inc/helpers.php#L2494.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the above steps.
    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards
