S2 and 3.1.3 compatible?

    I automatically upgraded to WP 3.1.3 about 2 weeks ago and I ended up having to recover from a snapshot backup of my blog. I only recovered it a day before I upgraded to 3.1.3. As soon as it was recovered, I got help through this forum how to install it, just to be safe. Subscribe2 6.3 HTML isn’t compatible with 3.1.3, is it. I say that because I only posted today since I upgraded and wiped out my posts.
