s2_post_types sending emails when uncategorized?

    Perhaps this is a silly question, but when a custom post type is added through the s2_post_types hook does it not follow the user’s subscribed taxonomies? The behavior I’ve observed is that if a custom post is created with no category an email will still go out regardless of the category a user is subscribed two (hehe pun!). Does that make sense? Seems a bit odd to receive emails when you’re not subscribed to the “uncategorized” list.

    The code checks for excluded categories and if the are not found it continues. I suspect Registered Users won’t get the email as the category search to find them won’t contain anything but Public Subscribers would probably get the email.

    Try adding the custom post taxonomy to the excluded list in the Settings page under Registered Users.
