S2Member and Adaptive Payments

  • I don’t see how s2Member, or any other membership plugin, could accomplish that. All such plugins rely on a payment processor to take the payment; the membership plugin doesn’t “see” the financial details at all.

    And that is exactly how you want it, because it means that PayPal or Stripe or whoever is responsible for complying with all the relevant legal requirements, and not you.

    Yes but is there a way to have that setup in PayPal to be used in conjunction with S2member?

    There might be a way to do it in PayPal — I don’t know — but, for the reasons I’ve already explained, it will have nothing to do with s2Member (or with WordPress at all, for that matter).
