s2member htaccess alert

  • My cPanel errorfile is filled up with alerts about s2member .htaccess file:

    /plugins/s2member/.htaccess: Options not allowed here,
    /plugins/s2member/.htaccess: Options not allowed here,
    /plugins/s2member/.htaccess: Options not allowed here,
    /plugins/s2member/.htaccess: Options not allowed here,
    etc…

    What is causing this?
