Activating s2Member locks out all users to website. Running Multisite config results in 3 pass 1 fail.

    Fail
Your /wp-admin/user-new.php file could NOT be patched. Unverifiable

Deactivating plugin releases lockout and admin and members are able to reaccess site. No changes or plugins or anything changed on site prior to problem. Soloution?

  • Same issue…

I think this is stopping my new sign-ups, who join at Level 1 and receive a blog, from being automatically registered on the Main Site.

I’ve searched all over for an answer but have found very little that is helpful!!!

The problem reported in this thread is due to a WP v4.1 compatibility issue. We have identified the underlying cause, and this has been fixed in the development copy. This fix is scheduled for the next release in just a few days.

Until then, the changes needed for compatibility with Multisite Networks running s2Member + WP v4.1+ can be seen here: https://github.com/websharks/s2member/commit/c2d3530844b25ecb57f1c0d743eed1c95725d78e

I copied the whole file and installed it in the correct folder…

No Difference, the problem is still there! Maybe I’m doing something wrong???

I hope the update fixes this annoying issue?

    Hi, same Problem here.
When can we expect the update Jason ?
    Thanks

    Dear Jason,
neither the patch nor the update resolves the problem on my site. No user can log into secured areas. Administrator can log in but is redirected to the dashboard of the admin site. This is a urgent issue as it puts all multisite installations out of business.

Can you please investigate and publish a patch which is working. Thank you.

    Hey Jason,
I am very thankful for s2member because it has allowed me to take a step further in completing the project I have been working on for a while now.

I would love to know when the update is available because I am at a halt to the issue at hand.

    Thank you.

Hi folks ?? Just wanted to let everyone here know that this issue was resolved with the release of s2Member and s2Member Pro v150102 a few days ago.

We received feedback from a few MS webmasters who confirm s2Member v150102 patches WordPress v4.1 and v4.2-alpha properly. Documented in greater detail in our changelog: https://www.s2member.com/changelog/#s2-changes-v150102

Thank you everyone for reporting this! Really appreciate it ??

This is the problem I am experiencing.
Click Here to take a look at it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
