• I use s2Member and have it re-directing users (non-admins) on login to a certain page… All is good there.

Other form types work on the website without interference.

When admins submit a ticket, everythings works as it should.

However, when non-admins submit a ticket it redirects to the page selected for s2Member “redirect after login” and does not submit the ticket (users are logged in). Basically it is looking to the system like the user is logging in for the first time and redirecting them.

The questions are: why does submission work for admins, but not for non-admins, when using s2Member redirection – and more importantly, how to resolve it?

Is there something in the submission process that is mimicking the login behavior of wordpress?

Another note… wpBugTracktor does not have this issue… Works fine on submission.

I couldn’t recreate the issue on my site, but then again there are a lot of S2 settings. What I did was enable a welcome page redirection in S2, activated some membership options. Then I opened a different browser, and as a guest submitted a ticket. It worked perfectly for me, although I do not doubt that you experienced the issue on your site. Please let me know of any other hints or leads you might have, and accept my apologies for not finding your issue.

I have it protected from guest users and to be honest, I forgot to try that to see how it worked. Did you login as a non-admin user before you submitted?

    Hi,

I have the exact same issue as rdcravens. Using S2 member – admin account works perfect, but not for any other accounts.

    Thanks for this plugin!
