s3 upload hanging

I have two brand new websites I am using UpdraftPlus Backup with. One is a main domain, the other is a subdomain off of that. I’m backing up to s3.

When I installed them earlier this week they worked perfectly. Then I changed s3 buckets and backed up again. The subdomain works perfectly and appears to back up to s3 without issue.

The main domain is hanging and appears to only have one file in the s3 bucket.

It pauses with this message in the update location:

It’s been this way for a long time now…though the time stamp updates each time I navigate away and then back to the control panel.

Is this an issue with the size of my site? It’s still new and doesn’t have an excessive amount of content but it does have a larger number of plugins than the other site.

I’m backing up to different s3 buckets now just to make sure. I even changed buckets and created a new one.
