Sabai Directory Insert?

What are the chnces that you are familiar with the Sabai database (https://codecanyon.net/item/sabai-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/4505485)
Usually I have no problems embedding short code into fields and the display
but having trouble getting them to work
I am using [sc name=”two” id=”cookieliciousnz” ]
but nought displays here
