Sad Fatal Error with Divi Theme
-
I have a complex website project that it′s using “Divi” theme, from Elegant Themes.
Also I have almost 60 image galleries made with your plugin.
I have another plugin installed and working properly for newsletters, called Tribulant Newsletter Plugin, from Tribulant. The problem I have is that on my last Divi theme update this url I attached here (https://www.sau.org.uy/besau/) shows a fatal error on each link you want to click on from the main content. What you must see there instead that error is a newsletter HTML layout made with Tribulant plugin.
I found that if I de-activate your plugin the fatal error is gone, and I could see properly that newsletter layout. If I activate it again the error come back inmediatly. I was in contact with Divi support team and they wrote this to me:“I checked the code of the plugin and looks like the plugin developers are not using function that should be used according to WordPress best practices. For example they are not using body_class, and custom wp_head and wp_footer functions. According to HTML code the theme should not load there, however because of the standard wp_head and wp_footer hooks some of the files are loading. So it looks like the issue in the plugin as it doesn’t load whole WordPress and the theme but only some parts of it. Can you please reach out the plugin developers and ask to check the issue?”
What they said to me make any sense or does it mean something to you?
On older versions I have in the past all this scenario were working properly without any kind of errors or bugs, but now I have this situaton I would like to resolve. Please let me know what you think, or what you need from me.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
