• Really bad experience with support and plugin. Stay away from it. Dont function without a lot work and not even then. Says it works with Sitekit, it doesn′t. Really bad instructions also.

    Hi @michaelone,

    What exactly happened?

Our plugin is specifically checked to be compatible with Site kit. The configuration for both plugins does matter however.

I have seen some cases where Site kit both adds the GA & GTM snippet, and afterwards the user might add the GA tag with GTM as well. This can cause timing issues with Consent Mode.

Let me know if I can assist, regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos

It didn’t work for me, and I also reached out to your support for help, but I received no response. I still haven’t heard back. However, after removing Sitekit and reinstalling it with Tag Manager support and your template container, I managed to get it working. Nonetheless, your documentation lacks crucial information on proper setup, leaving me puzzled as to why companies like yours can’t get it right from the start. Consider seeking assistance from a YouTube content creator or allowing non-developers to test the instructions.

I’ll admit, once configured with Tag Manager and your template, Complainz works quite well. However, the license key seems to get lost frequently, requiring me to input it repeatedly. I’m adjusting my rating to two stars until I see more improvements and the issue with the license key is resolved.

    Regards Michael
