    Hello there

    I have very little experience with Telegram and your plugin.

    I have created bot, linked it with my channel as admin, but coudn’t create any crosspost entry. I have check plugin checkbox, i have changed setting to post older post as update – but i still have no effect.

    Help me please.

    Hello,

    Did you try sending a test message from the settings page? Did it work?

    If the test message is posted successfully, then there is something wrong somewhere and thus we need to check the plugin logs.

    Please enable logs in Advanced Settings section of the plugin and try again. Then send View log links to our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

    Please do not share the logs here on the public forum.
