    Hi,

We have the Neve theme installed on [ redundant link removed ]

I recently updated to macOS Monterey 12.3 and Safari 15.4 and following the update I have an issue with the theme not displaying properly.

    Example: https://imgur.com/a/tGyw7K6

I have spoken to WordPress.com support and been though a whole bunch of fixes and it appears this fixed the issue for me:

“Could you check your browser settings? You should have a section for Advance > Experimental Features. From there you can deactivate the options for lazy loading.

I have since spoken to WordPress.com and they have recommended I reach out to you and they have passed it onto their team.

Wordpress support have also said that they have been able to replicate the issue running MacOS 12.3 and Safari 15.4 and going onto the site. So other users of [ redundant link removed ] who have updated their MacBook’s will encounter the same issue.

    Thanks!

    Mark

  • Hi @sickr!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

Hi, I think the issue was with the Jetpack Boost plugin which had Lazy Loading on. I’ve disabled that option and enable lazy loading in Safari develop menu and seems to be a-ok ?? Thanks.

    I’m glad I could help!
