Safari Blocks Paypal Button since Popup – MAJOR ISSUE

Safari on mobile devices (and possibly desktop but don’t have one to test with) blocks the Paypal option since it has Block Popups on by default. To reproduce, just go to Cart page, click “Paypal” instead of “Proceed to Checkout” and you will see it won’t load if in Safari, it just goes back to the top of the page. If you turn Popup Block off in the Safari settings then it will ask if you want to allow the popup.

I saw threads online talking about this years ago, here is an example (https://github.com/braintree/braintree-web/issues/176). I don’t know if this is similar with your plugin. Please let me know how this can be fixed asap.
