Safari Mac/ iOS devices won’t load WordPress

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

This is to narrow down the problem. If it’s a theme or plugin problem, we’ll then be able to forward you to the right people.

Let me explain that
I already done all of that / also health-check
everything seems fine and works perfectly on every brower I use (as long as the DNS for cloudflare isn’t going through cloudflare )
but once i make it through cloudflare every other brower works except ( safari and iOS devices )

And what do you mean by “works” and “doesnt work”

I have the same problem with my website. Can anyone please help.
https://www.buylimitedstock.com loads fine in desktop, android devices but fails to open in iPhones and iPads (even it doesn’t open on Chrome and Edge on iphone and ipad)

This problem in my case was associated with our cdn, incapsula firewall not being able to handle http2 on the wordpress side. Having the firewall off fixed the issue. We then simply removed all http2 on the wordpress side, and in apache and then enabled http2 on the firewall. All ios devices started to work again. I am now dealing with having the old browser and safari issues cannot establish a secure connection. Let you know when I figure that out.

I’m also having the same exact problem. My wife and I both use Macbooks, Mac Safari or Mac Chrome and my website won’t load properly unless I first clear the cache. The website (wordpress) generally loads very slowly (almost unusable on Macs), but works fine on PCs and associated PC browsers.

In fact, I must clear the cache each time I make a request to the website when trying to access from my Mac.

Has anyone figured out how to resolve this issue?

I also get a non-secure warning at the top of my browswer when I try and access the website.

I have the same problem, my website loads perfectly in all browsers, but in Safari it is not loading and I do not know why. Please help,
