Safari Mobile View

I am using WordPress to create a site (www.fiskonline.net) that is hosted by BlueHost, which includes the option to download WordPress to create my site. I am using the Niarg theme.

The site creation process is going well but when others try to look at the site on a phone the default view is Mobile and that goes to an old site I no longer want to view. If they click on the Web option my new site shows just fine. I cannot figure out how to get the default Mobile view to show the right site page. On PCs and laptops the site comes up fine. It’s only on phones that the problem seems to happen.

I am puzzled and can sure use some help.
