Safari on iPhone, take photo on file upload, error during upload

    Hello,

    I have come across a specific problem. I am hoping you can help.

    When using Safari on iPhone, and uploading a file by taking a photo, the upload always shows “Error during upload”. If I choose the file using the library, there is no such problem.

    Please suggest any possible solutions. Thanks.

    Hello @yorkglobal,

    I will share the solution here as well as discussed in the support thread you submitted on our website.

    The matter was not caused by the Kali Forms plugin, but by the memory limit from your hosting server for your account, this was resolved by increasing the memory allocated?to?the?website.
