• Hi,

I am creating this site and all is fine except that in Safari, the list items are double spaced. It looks fine in Firefox, I.E Mac, I.E win but not on Safari. I have validated the site and it gets a XHTML transitional stamp of approval.

Any ideas, those of you who have Safari?

  • Rahish,
I am curious to the replies you get, as I too am a Safari user. I actually think the site looks fantastic, even with the double spacing. In fact, all your sites look very tastefully done and elegant.

    Thanks for your comments,

Which other sites have you seen of mine? Just curious

The sidebar issue is confusing as I cannot see anything in the css that would cause safari to double space the list. The site does validate but if you view the source the ul and li combinations of this theme look a little strange

    Any ideas?

    Hi Rahish,

I have seen the undesign.uk site. Very well done, I like it!

I find that safari has quite a mind of it’s own on these issues. I ran into a similar problem installing RSS feed on my blog. I tried to make a single space above the feed, and Safari wouldn’t do it. To be fair, I haven’t checked my other browsers though :o)
