Safari Reader

After working with WpTouch and customizing my site and testing user agents, I come to learn about the Safari reader. Someone showed me an iPhone and when they click the reader button it overrides my CSS and what I am trying to accomplish with WPTouch and mobile themes. Is there a way to control Safari reader?
