Safelist IP still blocked

  • We have added “34.250.7.114/32” and “34.250.7.114” to the safelist.
    But still threats are picked up “Remote file inclusion attempted” with these IP’s.

    We also had a scenario where “34.250.7.114/32” was in already and later on “34.250.7.114” is added as a blocklist item itself.

    What are we doing wrong?
