Sale not Billed

    A customer bought a product but was somehow not billed for it. Woocommerce says it was charge via PayPal but does not provide a link for the transaction details as it does usually, and we do not see the payment in our PayPal account.

    Currently, this customer has been granted access to the services they “Purchased” however we are at a loss because we have not been paid. How do we prevent this happening again?
