Thanks for that, it sounds like you’re asking about a Subscription product. The sale price by default only applies to the recurring subscription. You could get around this by creating a coupon (I tried with a fixed cart discount and it worked for me) and having the customer apply a coupon instead of setting the product to be on sale.
