sale price disapeared after updating EDD Bulk Sale Price

hi I use EDD Bulk Sale Price extension to make a sale price for my downloads. i’ve updated Easy Digital Downloads and EDD Bulk Sale Price extension and I can’t find the option to put the sale price when I edit my downloads. where to put the sale price for my downloads. I’ve found a Bulk Sale Price option on edd but I want to make sale price for downloads on by one as before.

Also i got a problem after the update that The price options have doubled on my product downloads pages.
