Hello, the presentation of the sale date does not comply with google’s guidelines. A valid [sale_price_Effective_date] tag is:
    2016-02-24T13:00-0800/2016-02-29T15:30-0800
The plugin generates time as follows:
    2022-03-07T22:59:59/2022-03-31T22:59:59
The dash before the seconds is missing and the seconds format itself is bad. Marketplace does not accept this channel.

    Hello @multiradek,

Thanks for reporting the issue to us.

As far as I can tell the date-time in the feed is correct. The dash is there to identify a different timezone. We are using the ISO 8601 format as stated in the specifications.

The format should be “Year-Month-Day”, then a “T”, followed by “Hour:Minute:Second” (not required) and then an offset to UTC in the format of “-HourMinute” (not required).

So the “-0800” you see in the example is the offset to UTC and is not required.

And the “T22:59:59” you see in the feed is including the seconds (which are not included in the example). The seconds are also not required, but not wrong ether.

Are you absolutely sure your marketplace does not accept the feed due to the sale_price_effective_date? So far we have had no reports of any issues with this time format.

If you’re sure I can change it off course, but I prefer to not change something that isn’t broken.

    Hi @multiradek,

Where you able to check if the date-time format is indeed correct or not? If you can confirm it’s incorrect I off course will change it to reflect the format shown in the example, but like I wrote, I do believe the current format should be correct.

Please let me know how you see it.

Hi thank you for your time. I made the feed available for the facebook platform. In the end, it turned out that in one product the date of the start of the promotion was given a few years back, which FB considered a mistake. I couldn’t find it, so I thought the product feed was to blame. Ultimately, everything is fine.

    greetings

    Ok, glad it works again.
