Sale price in feed doesnt match website

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Are you perhaps using a 3th party sale/discount plugin? If so, which one are you using?

I am using woo discount rules

Can you provide us with a link to that plugin? We are only supporting a few sale price/discount plugins so changes are the one you are using is not supported by our plugin and causing the issue at hand.

Can you share with us the following:

1. The product feed URL it concerns;
2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
3. Some product ID’s from your feed URL that have wrong prices.

Thanks for sharing the extra information. Unfortunately the link to your debug.log URL shows a 403 permission error to us so its permissions do not allow us to see its content. Can you open it or retrieve the debug.log file and share its content with us?

Also, in order to possibly having to reproduce the issue at hand can you share with us the discount rules you created (screenshots) in the discount plugin?

I also checked the two product ID example’s you provided. I am not seeing any difference between the prices in your feed and the prices on your website?

Hence, as far as I can tell there is no problem with price mismatches or are we misunderstanding the issue at hand?
