Next to the date fields is a tip that says start is 00:00:00 of the start day and 23:59:59 of the end day. However during this time it only shows the crossed out price and then the SAME original price next to it…..NOT the sale price.

I understand you are having issues with the SALE price not displaying even when it is scheduled. I ran a test on my test site and it seems to be working fine.

Here is the screenshot of my product setup for reference: https://d.pr/i/KNGqMF

And how it is displayed in my shop: https://d.pr/i/vPtIFh.

This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by setting up a test SALE schedule.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Tools to help you troubleshoot:

Meks Quick Plugin Disabler is a plugin you can install which will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

We have a live site running during black friday/cyber monday….I can’t mess around with it.

This is my theme that I have built largely my self. I highly doubt there is anything that is messing with the functionality of what prices are being desplayed and when.

    Hi!

I understand your site is live and wouldn’t want to change anything on that.

Therefore, as mentioned in my previous reply, I recommend to setup a Staging site to do tests since it worked fine and I couldn’t replicate this same issue on my end.

Its a time issue. Woo makes money when WE sell their plugins to our clients. If woo wants to put me on staff and pay me to trouble shoot I’d love to help. Otherwise I’m not going to go through heroic efforts to fix stuff if I can find a faster (manual) way around it….which is what I guess we have to do for scheduled sales.
