    Hi,
I found a solution in the forum and I have already set the Price/EUR/Regular price and Sale_Price/EUR/Sale price attributes in the mapping field. I’ve manually refreshed the feed on my website and also on Google Shopping but it still doesn’t work for me and the discounted prices are not visible.
    Thanks

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Did you already check your feed in a browser to see if the sale prices are in your feed?

Bear in mind that just adding the sale prices to your feed is not enough to get the sale prices displayed in Google Shopping. See Google’s other requirements here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9017019?hl=en

    Requirements
In order for your product to show with sale price annotations, you need to meet certain requirements:

The base price, or the higher price, must have been charged for a period of 30 days (do not need to be consecutive) in the past 200 days.
A sale price should not be charged for more than 30 days.
The base price must be valid.
The sale price must be lower than the base price.
The discount of the sale must be greater than 5% and less than 90%.

    Thank you for the reply.

What fo you mean by check my feed in a browser? I found one of my product on google and it show only the drop price with no badge or full price.
I’ve also checked google requirements and I think I’m ok.

Can you share your product feed URL with us so we can check if the sale prices are in it?

I’ve found a couple of products of mine on Google and, yes, they have the Sale label. Now I have found one that is on sale but in google you do not see the label.
It seems it only works for some products…

How can I send you a screenshot?
    Tnx

Than most likely those other products do not meet Google’s criteria mentioned above

Well, that’s strange ’cause it’s the same collection of products, same discount, etc…

Also there are other three products from another collection, at regular price, that do not appear in the feed and I don’t know why. Numbers in the category mapping are ok but these three products are missing in Merchant Center and is not because are variants or something like that. I just don’t understand.

When the sale prices are in the feed the sale label probably isn’t showing because you did not meet Google’s other requirements for products that are on sale. I suggest you reach out to Google’s support team when you think this is not true.

With regards to your other question, there can be several configuration reasons as to why products are not showing in your feed. Did you check all reasons mentioned in this blog post already? https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now for housekeeping-reasons. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again when you need our help.
