• I’m using product categories to create separate team pages on my site: https://theupper90gb.com/product-category/de-pere-select/

For example, I have a soccer club (DePere Select) that wanted to order apparel through me to be ready by Christmas. I added the DePere Select items to the DePere Select product category and use that category as the club’s ordering page. I scheduled a sale to run through yesterday, but some of the items still show the sale price today. If I go in to edit the product, I see that the sale price has been deleted along with the schedule (I’m assuming woocommerce just deletes the sale price and the schedule after the “sale end date” is reached). If I update the item, this solves the problem, but I’m wondering why the sale doesn’t update on its own? Also, even though the product page shows the sale price, once the item is placed in the cart, the cart calculates the regular price of the item (not the sale price)- this resulted in an upset customer. Any idea on how I can fix this?

Also, I occasionally run order windows, where items are on sale for two weeks or so. Is there any way that I could run a sale now, where I enter the regular price and the sale price for all of the items within a product category, and schedule the sale to run for a certain amount of time. Then, in the future, run the same sale again, without having to go through and update the sale price for each individually item? I want woocommerce to remember all the sale prices for an entire category. That way i can simply schedule the sale dates for a certain product category, and woocommerce will price the items on sale according to whatever I charged last time. Any way this is possible? Thank you!
