Sale products keep showing after sale end

The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is not recommended to implement a connection with Instagram and we recommend deselecting this option during set up.

Hi dear thanks for reply, then in order to deselect the instagram option and get the extra plugin for insta should i uninstall facebook for woocommere and reinstall again to deselect the insta option?

You can view your connected assets at any time from the WordPress Dashboard > Marketing > Facebook > Connection tab.

You can click on the Manage Connection, to manage them all and uncheck the Instagram Shopping item.

Hi again i installed and succesfully connected the instragram for woocommerce. But i cannot find any rsync products like the facebook for woocommerce has. Also after succesfull connection the ended sales are still showing in instagram? any idea on how can i make a resync to confirm?

Hi again just updating you, i tried thhe instagram woocommerce and it does not update sales prices, i mean when sales is end and back i set normal price back, sale price keep showing. I will have to ask for a refund because the behavior is the same as using facebook for woocommerce. Just to let you know i tried everythign setting a new catalogo, uninstall facebook for woo, using just insta for wooo. tried every combination and nothing

Firstly, can you please provide us with the URL or the link to the page you need help with?

Furthermore, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Along with that, please share a screenshot of the Instagram Sales Tab you’re seeing now.

Im really thanksful for the support but i asked a refund, seems the same problem occurs with both plugins and i need to fix asap. Thanks anyways.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists.

Kindly notice that Facebook for WooCommerce and Instagram for WooCommerce are different and work independently from each other.

Regarding the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, sometimes deleting all the products from the Facebook Catalog and letting things sync again could help solve strange issues.

Please try deleting and resetting your products by adding the code snippets found here:

You can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add this snippet without having to edit your PHP code.

Once you do this, check if the issue persists.

Hi again thanks for all the efforts, by using facebook for woocommerce i get the next error when update any product:

Facebook for WooCommerce error:
Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘4538245759600965’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Products still can update price but sale price remain active on instagram after sale ends

I tried that https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/ and ended by only showing like 6 products in the insta shop.

I also deleted a product directly from the woocommerce edit product, and not i can make it to show again .No matter how many times i cleaer cache and press resycn. That product is gone from instagram shop.

Any other idea? i need to remove sales prices after sale end.
