If I got it right, you’d add this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

.wc-block-grid__product-onsale, 
.products span.onsale {
  left: 0 !important;
  right: auto !important;  
}

@amitsingla Seems likely the option in the current version of the theme doesn’t link to the area shown on the screenshot.

At this time, I’d recommend using this custom CSS code:

.wc-block-grid__product-onsale, 
.products span.onsale {
  left: 0 !important;
  right: auto !important;  
}
