Sales chat active only if you have not bought it yet and awful support

Do not download or purchase the pro version of this plugin. Lacks significant features to make it actually work and be worth it. The sales chat is very quick on replying to you but once you tell them you have a concern regarding the plugin and they ask you if you have bought it already and you say yes, they could not care less about anything you say after that, the only thing they tell you is “contact tech support” courtesy of Peter Brady(Sales guy) nothing more nothing less and their tech support can be reached via email that answers after a day or more so if you get major issues on this plugin good luck with your site/business.
Only enthusiastic when they want to sell it to you, once you bought it, you are on your own basically!
