Sales data prior to March 10 2023 missing

    Have been using Woocommerce in my online record store for some years without problem but now I find I have no sales data prior to March 10 2023. Nothing shows before this point, shows no data at all. Why is this? And is there a way to recover my sales data?

    As a first step, can you please confirm how are you checking the sales in your store?

    Are you referring to WooCommerce Analytics here? If so, can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?

    • Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

    Otherwise, if this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
