Sales Last 14 Days & Stock Will Last Column

    Hey folks,

    Just installed ATUM Stock Manager, and have two questions:

    1. There appears to be a feature that allows us to click on the “14” (blue text) in the Sales Last 14 Days column, to be able to change the 14 to another period of time. I have attempted to change that value in both Chrome & Firefox, on both the top and bottom bars, but I have been unable to get the value to edit/change.

    Any ideas on what might be wrong?

    2. I read in the documentation that “Stock Will Last” column values is based on the sales of the last 7 days. Is there a place we could change the look-back window (even if it is in the code temporarily)?

    Meaning, if I want to get a better representation of the forecast based on the last 30 or 60 days, can I change that somewhere?

    Thank you very much for your post.

    Sorry to hear you have issues with your site. Did you try different browser?

    Regarding the bug: there should be a drop down shown after you click – did you check the PHP error log? If not, would you have a look, pls? You can upload the file in our official forum.
    As well as that you can right click on to Stock Central page and press inspect. Check what errors are present in the console?

    Sales per 7 days: we do not want to get this editable yet. Of course you could edit, but remember that increasing the digit you get bigger load on memory as the formula will calculate lot more data.
    Same for the above sales last 14 days we limited the edit to avoid site crash of large shops.

    Hi Pavel,

    Sorry for my delayed response — I didn’t see your reply until now.

    Inspect (Console) is showing no errors when I load the ATUM > Stock Central page, nor is it triggering any errors when I attempt to click the “14”.

    Also, I checked the PHP error log, and the only two errors being thrown are (examples):

    Our devs have tried to reproduce your issue, but were not successful as everything works as it should.
    It seems the problem is very specific to your site so we would like you to open a support ticket, pls?
