Sales Not Available Currently

    Hi there,
    Suddenly we have “Sales Not Available Currently” on all the shows. Any idea why?

    Using Stage Show Gold – was working up to yesterday so all the price plans etc were correctly set up… and we have sold over 1400 tickets

    You had the “Only Shown when selected by shortcode id option” (visible when the Options button on the Shows admin page is clicked) setting for the two remaining shows set. It should remove them from the “Drilldown” menu as well, so there is a bug there for me to fix.

    I’ve cleared the options and the Shows now display correctly.

    Knickers…. sorry. I also checked the drop selection for the seats if that is OK. I guess I owe some beer money for a daft question!
