Sales not taken into account

    Hello,
    I start using the facebook for woocommerce plugin to sync my shop with FB.
    I have an issue with the sales not beeing reflected in the FB shop.

    I use the “Woo Discount Rules” (pro version) to apply the new sales price.

    If I look into the csv generated for FB sync, I see that the field sale_price contains the same price as the normal one

    small warning for your check : the sales end at 01/08/2021 0h00.

    Hi @mrigatti ,

    I understand that the discount prices that you’re adding to products using the “Woo Discount Rules” plugin is not being reflected on Facebook. You’re synicng your products to Facebook using the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

    Facebook for WooCommerce is not tested to work with third-party plugins such as Woo Discount Rules, and as such, any issues arising due to the use of third party plugins isn’t supported by us.

    I’d recommend checking with the support team of Woo Discount Rules plugin to see if they can make their plugin compatible with Facebook for WooCommerce.

    I have the same issue where Facebook for WooCommerce is not exporting the prices that result from Woo Discount Rules. Is there a way to filter the prices that the Facebook for WooCommerce plug-in exports?

    This issue is not solved yet ??
    I still don t know which plugin combinaison can work to have the sales on my website and on facebook catalogue.

    @fb plugin support, please, can you advise?

    There isn’t a built-in way to export prices from Woo Discount Rules. I’d recommend customizations to achieve what you need.

    The default Sale price functionality of WooCommerce is synced to Facebook so I suggest that try simply setting up a sale at the product level to see if that does what you require.
