    Hi:

First of all, kudos to you for providing such a valuable tool as CTX.

I have an woocommerce store and I’m experiencing an issue with google listings:

Feed is correctly set with all correct attributes including [sale_price] but here is the issue:

In all listings, sale price is being correctly displayed but no “sale” annotation even when all Requirements are met (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9017019?hl=en)

I contacted google tech (45min. call) and they said the issue is that [sale_price] and [price] should also appear on each page code which is not the case (althuogh is there on frontend).

    How can I accomplish these?

    Thanks in advance!
(the link i provided is just an example, All other products in sale are experiencing same issue)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

No “sale” badge or normal price crossed out.

    Hello @dansanoli

    Thanks for reaching us.

The sale price annotation can’t be enabled through feed upload. Google will determine when to add a sale annotation based on a few requirements, and here you can find the requirements to add Sale annotation to the products on Google Shopping.

Please, follow the requirements carefully to understand how Google enables Sale annotations on products.

    Best regards,

    Hey @ansarybadal

Thanks so much for your reply.

Yes, I have read that page, understand and meet all requirements. As i stated, I contacted google tech and they said the issue is that [sale_price] and [price] should also appear on each page code which is not the case (althuogh is there on frontend).

Can this be solved through CTX?

    Thanks again!

    Hi @dansanoli

Sorry, I’m not sure what you are trying to explain with this term – issue is that [sale_price] and [price] should also appear on each page code

Would you mind explaining it with some reference, like a screenshot or a screencast?

    Thank you,

    Hey again:

Well, [sale_price] and [price] are present in the feed and that is how it should be.

The issue, according to google tech is that this attributes should also appear in the code of the product page (so it’s not enough to be only in feed). Here is an example:

    Product Page: https://www.ksbewomanstore.com/produto/top-lp-2/
    Product page code: view-source:https://www.ksbewomanstore.com/produto/top-lp-2/

Those attributes ([sale_price] and [price]) are not there on the page code.

Is there any way to accomplish these?

    Thanks!

    Hi @dansanoli

I guess you are referring to schema markup. In that case, WooCommerece is responsible for adding Schema markup to the product page.

However, in our plugin, we have given the option to Override WooCommerces default schema, and the option can be found here.

    Thank you,

    Hey @ansarybadal:

    Thanks for your valuable feedback.

This is schema added by CTX?:

If so, i don’t think it will solve because as you can see on printscreen, there is only sale price (as “offer” attribute) and regular price is not there on schema.
Is important to note that after activating the option in CTX settings, all caches were purged, both CTX and page/server.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks again.
