Sales Question: Can I use a coupon code with Event Tickets?

    I can’t find the answer to this question on the website. We have members who receive a discount to attend our workshops. We are considering using your plugin, but we would like to know that we will be able to use our coupons.

    Hi @suitsjen ,

    Thank you for your inquiry and interest in Event Tickets plugin.

    The Event Tickets plugin ships with its own eCommerce solution, Tickets Commerce. Unfortunately, this eCommerce solution does not currently support coupons.

    However, you will have more flexibility pertaining to the use of coupons when using WooCommerce, which the integration you can enable through Event Tickets Plus add-on premium plugin (see How to Add Coupons for Tickets with WooCommerce).
