    Hi Zorem, the plug-in is very nice. We had to modify the email template a bit so that the rows and columns are being correctly displayed within Outlook email clients. Outlook doesn’t support inline-block, so we took tables instead of list items and now it looks sleek across all email clients. Maybe you can update this as well.

    The more important part is about the amount of emails that we’re receiving. Sometimes it works correctly and we’re only getting one sales report e-mail as intended. But in a lot of cases, we receive the report e-mail two, three, four or even five times within a minute.

    Can you tell me how we can fix this? We’d love to pay for the pro version as we’re very interested in also displaying the subscriptions but currently, the high amount of emails is a show-stopper for us.

    Hi,
    We will check the report on outlook and make the necessary modifications so you’ll not have to override the email template.
    As for the multiple reports, this is a bit challenging to debug. Can you send us the screenshot of the report you are sending? do you get the multiple emails when you send a test or when you schedule the report?

    Hi Zorem,

    thanks for your reply and for fixing the Outlook inline-block display Bug.
    As for a screenshot of our Daily Sales Report, here are two screenshots of the latest report which we received 4 times. It’s one screenshot from the email itself and one from the settings page. Please note that I removed the header image from the email for testing purposes and I blackened any confidential data.

    We are not able to debug in our environment.

    Can you install WP Crontrol plugin?

    And then go to wp-admin > Tools > Cron Events and take a full screenshot and send us.

    Cron events seem good. there is no issue.
    In our environment we checked we got only one time.
