    I have a quick question on this.. I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere…
    I need a live chat that I can have all of my sales staff monitoring throughout the day.
    I don’t want to give them all access to the WordPress admin?
    I can’t seem to find any literature on how this works on their end, how they can all monitor it, etc.. Can you enlighten me please?

    I imagine i can give them limited access if need be.. but can I do that for multiple staff? How does this work?

    Hi Todd.

    So sorry for only getting back to you now.

    Any user on your website can be made an agent. This means that user’s with lower level roles, such as a ‘Subscriber’ will only have access to the ‘Live Chat’ dashboard, and nothing else.

    Users with a higher level user role, such as an Administrator, will have access to all pages in your WordPress dashboard, including the Live Chat dashboard, settings etc.
