Can you try to import “Import Historical Data” from WP Admin → Analytics → Settings?

Also, try going to?WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then try rerunning the report.

If it’s still not working, check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from importing.

I see your database is outdated. This can cause a lot of issues on the website.

Please update it by either following the warning message a the top of the page on WooCommerce area of the dashboard or going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update Database.

Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

After you do this, can you please try to follow the steps my colleague shared again to see if you are able to ?import of historical data?

To gain better insights, I suggest you install the WP Crontrol plugin.
This plugin will show you notices if there is anything wrong with the WP Cron.
If you find any warnings, share a screenshot of that page too.

Could you share a screenshot of the WP Crontrol page where you see the “One or more cron events have missed their schedule.” notification?

This problem could be caused by a bad code in the plugins or the active theme.

I reviewed the SSR of your site again and noticed that your theme is Atelier.
It has not been updated since 1 June 2021 because sadly the author of the theme passed away.
More detail is available on the comments page of the theme where users are discussing alternate themes.

I suggest you switch to a more updated theme.
Hopefully, that will resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, we will look into the 40 active plugins and find out if the problem is originating from there.

It is possible that the theme is already obsolete and causing the issue, so it is a good idea to switch it (at least temporarily) now to check if the issue persists.

I understand that doing this on the live site might not be possible.

I suggest using a staging site to check first.

You can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Please try switching to a default theme such as Storefront (you don’t need to keep using Storefront on the website after this, it is just for testing purposes) and let us know if the issue persists ??

I temporarily disabled the theme by activating maintenance mode on my site to test and the problem persists well. So I’m not sure whether it’s the theme that’s causing the problem.

What other avenue should I explore?
