Before I can reconnect once I’ve disconnected, I need to have the Jetpack credentials, which I don’t have at the moment.

At the same time, I’ve made sure to check that it’s the non-www version that’s in the WordPress settings.

Your Jetpack credentials should be the same as your WordPress.com credentials.

Unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been solved, as the customer I asked for the Jetpack credentials still hasn’t replied. I’ve just tried again.
