Sales Tax?

Hi!

I’ve just installed Version 1.3 and I have two questions:

(1) Where is the Sales Tax option? From your documentation it’s found after the default currency on the general settings screen. I’ve searched but can’t find it. Is it a Pro feature?

(2) Can you redirect an individual plan to a certain page upon payment and/or login?
